Description

The Villa is tastefully designed and decorated with a mix of modern Ibizan and Balinese style.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and a Sonos sound system. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views and double beds. The villa has 3 luxurious bathrooms with rain showers. The master bedroom has an outdoor bathroom and a double rain shower.

In the living room you will find a comfortable lounge sofa with a 62″ TV with satellite box and DVD player. There’s a professional 5.1 Dolby surround sound system. The VOID professional sound system includes a subwoofer and speakers in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, pool area and rooftop. You will also find a cosy fireplace to enjoy pleasant evenings with a glass of wine.

All floors have heating in winter and cooling function in summer. Both the heating and energy systems are powered by solar panels. The house is fully stocked in a “green” way. The latest advances in water and heating technology were installed by Daikin.

The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas stove including special fish and Japanese “Teppanyaki” burners, a large oven, 2 dishwashers, slow juicer, mixers and spacious fridge. There’s a fresh filtered water system, so you don’t need to buy a lot of water bottles and generate plastic waste. There is also a “qooker” for direct boiled water.

The dining room is connected to the kitchen and features a large Balinese-style wooden table for 8 people, overlooking the pool and tropical garden. The garden is lit up at night.

The pool area has large sun loungers with soft cushions and towels. There is a nice and cosy seating area around the fireplace to enjoy long evenings.

The large Balinese wood Buddha completes the Zen atmosphere around the pool area and during sunset you will have a magnificent view of the “reddish” hills.

Several terraces surround the pool area. Next to the pool you will find a porch with an additional dining table.

The large roof terrace gives you a fabulous panoramic view over the sea and land with a beautiful sunset. There is a large dining table for 12 people with an outdoor BBQ kitchen. All covered from the sun.

To relax with family or friends, there is a large Balinese-style lounge bed measuring 350 x 250 meters and on the sea side you will find a large sofa that can accommodate more than 20 people.

In addition, the rooftop features an outdoor shower and Jacuzzi with views of the sea and mountains.
