It was designed by the famous architect, Juan de los Ríos, who designed, among others, the luxurious 5-star hotel Aguas de Ibiza Lifestyle & Spa. This comfortable luxury holiday villa features a large garden with lawn areas, a large swimming pool and many places to sit and rest for outdoor living.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is distributed over 350 m2 and offers a large open living and dining room that connects to the modern and separate kitchen. On the same floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) and a guest toilet. On the first floor, the villa offers two more bedrooms that share a bathroom, as well as a library with a sofa bed.
From the spacious and furnished terrace on the first floor, you get panoramic views of the mountains, the old town of Ibiza and the sea. There is another terrace on the top floor with mountain views.
It is located in the exclusive and quiet residential area of Sa Carroca (meaning El Carro in Catalan) just two kilometers from the center of Ibiza and one kilometer from the beach of Platja d’en Bossa. Other beaches, such as Las Salinas, Sa Caleta or Cala Jondal are only 5-10 min.
