Villa Description

Villa Es Cuco is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located on private land that offers magnificent views towards the island of Conejera and the Mediterranean. A traditional but modern and well equipped villa, ideal for those looking to relax in comfort and be close to some of the best beaches on the island (Cala Bassa, Conta and Tarida). Restaurants, local bars can be found within walking distance and Port des Torrent Beach is 20-25 minutes’ walk away.

Inside the Villa

The entrance is to the spacious main living room where you will find comfortable sofas, flat screen satellite TV, an interior dining table and two sets of patio doors, one leading to the main pool area and the other to the side terrace for breakfast. From the lounge you can also enjoy the magnificent views.

The kitchen is separated from the living room through a breakfast bar; the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other appliances (boiler, toaster, blender). There is also a storage/utility pantry area with iron/ironing board. At the end of the corridor are two double bedrooms, the shared bathroom and at the end the master bedroom with bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning * and a spacious wardrobe. The décor is high standard with solid wooden furniture. Outdoor area

Located on 2500 square meters of land, it has many options when it comes to the exterior areas of the villa Es Cuco. The pool terrace offers stunning views of the countryside to the sea and is the ideal place to sunbathe all day long.

You can find several rest/dining areas in low-maintenance cactus gardens, including a barbecue area with outdoor sink and outdoor dining space. It has on-site parking for 3 cars and a security gate. The dimensions of the pool are 9 mx 4.2 m with the deep end of 2 m deep; there is also a small step/seat when entering the pool.

The large roof terrace is the perfect place to relax, relax and enjoy the stunning views towards the island of Conejera and the Mediterranean Sea. The rooftop terrace is covered with artificial grass and features chill out furniture, the perfect space to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

Around the Villa

Villa Es Cuco is located in the popular area of Port des Torrent, located between the bay of San Antonio and the stunning beaches of the west coast of Cala Bassa, Conta and Cala Tarida. Ten minutes walk takes you to a large supermarket / restaurant called Es Cuco (famous for roast chicken) also another traditional Spanish restaurant Can Poujelet.

A 10-minute walk takes you to Port des Torrent – here you can find a fantastic beach with frequent water taxis across the bay, several restaurants, traditional bars and a handful of shops. The sea-view hotel is across the beach and for those with children you can find a fantastic water park. There is also a bus stop just 10 minutes away and it offers good service to the beaches as well as San Antonio Bay and then to the city of San Antonio.

To keep the cost of the villa as low as possible, we ask that if air conditioning is required you will pay a small fee in the complex (100 euros). There is a washing machine and a safe in the villa. Cots and high chairs are available upon request. doors and windows have opaque blinds
